2. 2017 was a time of transition for our Blacksmith shop into a year round all purpose room and the addition of Artisan Blacksmithing Classes by Mr. Anthony Murphy.  Spring 2017 welcomed new windows, shutters and facelift painting through volunteer hours and generous donations, addition of storage and working cooking demonstration area. Addition of AV equipment, benches for student seating, additional electricial outlets and ceiling fan came throughout the summer and fall.  The solar room is  completed outfitted with a hydroponic growing demostration for local school students and visitors full of herbs on the top level and great looking fish in the tank below!  Both rooms are being used by groups year round since the wood burning stove provides plenty of heat to keep the area warm and toasty.  Groups of 30 have been confortably be accommodated.  We are now scheduling for late winter, spring and summer events.
