  Basic Bread Baking  at Flint Hill Farm Educational Center Winter/Spring 2016

2014 was the first year for bread baking at Flint Hill Farm Ed Center.  We explored use of yeast, raised breads, types of flours and had GREAT FUN!  We are making in this picture a Whole Grain Bread with sunflower seeds, flax seed, bran, honey, molasses and other yummy ingredients.  

  Adults are welcome to bring a glass of wine to enjoy with the evenings sampling of the farm's cheeses and other breads baked as samples for the evenings recipe.  

   Classes are limited to ten participants, since each person goes home with a loaf of bread for them to rise and bake in their own kitchen.  Advanced registration and payment required.  No refunds.  However, if someone cannot make the class they can either reschedule or receive a store credit toward purchases in the Farm Store.  

Winter/Spring Classes:  January 16 6pm-9pm

                                       February 13 6pm-9pm
